TV Show Lois Lane Noel Neill with Jeff O’Bryant

Eric Zinkann and Jeff O’Bryant of Vault Collectibles met when they were both in Junior High while trading comics in the school library. From there, they worked their way up to sharing table-space at local conventions, worked at the same comic shop in high school, and started selling collectibles on eBay in 1999. In 2012, after 25-plus years of experience in the industry they launched this website, vaultcollectibles.com. The culmination of their unique and complementary vision for what a full-service comic-related collectibles website should be, Vault Collectibles strives to offer collectors, investors and fans a unique website with an ever expanding inventory of rare, unusual, and different from the standard fare collectables.

With a long and successful career in sales, Eric has held private signings with such industry legends Stan Lee, Joe Kubert at his famous Kubert School, and Joe Simon in his private studio. And, with numerous connections to Hollywood studio authentic screen-used movie props (having visited the Sony Pictures warehouse in California, meeting with representatives for Revolution Studios and Sony Pictures, and honored with an invitation by the studio to the Stargate SG-1 sets in Canada), Eric added an exciting and vibrant line of collectibles that offers something truly unique for discriminating collectors. His favorite piece in his personal collection is a Johnny Craig painting reminiscent of the old EC horror comic covers.

Jeff, an honors graduate from the University of West Georgia, political columnist, author, and avid, though amateur, historian, Jeff’s passion for collectables started at an early age watching George Reeves’ Superman and Adam West’s Batman. His first comic was an Amazing Spider-Man #193 and by the mid-80’s, before he was even old enough to drive, was already buying and selling comics and toys at school and at local conventions. In 2009, Jeff left the corporate world behind to devote himself full-time to acquiring rare and unique items for his clients. He has been privileged to have personally visited the private studios of Dick Giordano, held private signings with Stan Lee, and has traveled all over the country to meet countless industry legends. Jeff’s favorite piece in his personal collection is is a commissioned custom cover by the great Dick Giordano featuring Batman, the Shadow and Sherlock Holmes. Jeff’s grail piece is to own any original Jim Steranko Shadow painting.

Having developed not only business relationships but friendships with industry professionals, and with clients all over the world, Eric and Jeff take pride in obtaining the unique and unusual for fellow enthusiasts and collectors. As collectors themselves, they understand the needs of their clients.
