Featuring the weird figure of the dark and somber Batman on its striking cover, it introduced one of the genera’s most important, influential, and popular super heroes.  Created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger, Batman – along with Robin and the rest of a supporting cast of characters and villains just as colorful and recognizable as the Dark Knight himself, would go on to appear in his own title, newspaper strips, radio (guest-starring on The Adventures of Superman program), Saturday serials, television, motion pictures, toys, games, books, and more.

This sketch card celebrates that 75th anniversary milestone. The card features the work of comics legend Neal Adams.

Only 100 of these special 75th Anniversary sketch cards were produced, and a variety of artists contributed to the original artwork that appears on them. The card is in nm/mint condition and will be shipped with the utmost care. Both the front and back of the card are shown in the scan. Please note- it is an actual, original piece of art drawn by hand by the artist stated. It is not a copy, print or pre-printed image. It is a one-of-a-kind original.
